Each complete vascular cell solution — comprised of an optimized basal medium and a cell-specific growth kit — is designed to selectively sustain the proliferation and plating efficiency of cells derived from normal human cardiovascular tissues. No feeder layers, extracellular matrix proteins or other substrates are required for robust growth and normal morphology.
